Recently, Bob Dylan was awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature and local New Haven remix artist Space Pirate determined that the best thing to do was to produce a mash-up of various Bob Dylan songs. With the assistance of Dylan aficionado Andrew from Jitter Bus, ten Dylan songs were mentioned as being sample-worthy:

New law in Colorado now allow people over the age of 21 to purchase cannabis for recreational use. This has been misinterpreted by Coloradans who believe that it is allowed to partake on public streets. The law enforcement pursues these cases because they're aware the cases are easy ways to rack up hefty fines on unsuspecting and unaware and probably stoned
Other states changing their laws regarding "reefer" are Washington (recreational) and California as well as several other states including Connecticut (medicinal). That market is still developing, here seen by some to be purposeful, with experienced pharmacologists exploring the option. (link)
