We've awarded the best costume this year to Joseph, an attorney who built an authentic-looking Ghostbusters costume out of who knows what. We found him at ThreeSheets yesterday evening, a night of light rainfall and chilly temps, compared to recent days. Joseph claims that he built the costume from scratch, using a network of resources dedicated to people interested in building authentic GhostBusters costume material.
